What began as a passion quickly became a purpose: bringing neglected homes back to life while honoring their original charm. As the founder of Cajlan Properties, she’s known for her thoughtful approach to restoring historic spaces and her eye for detail, function, and character.

Whether she’s managing a full-scale renovation or sourcing materials with sustainability in mind, Megan thrives on creating beautiful, livable homes that tell a story. She finds inspiration in her travels—wandering through local markets, sampling regional cuisine, and soaking in architectural details from around the world.
